The prescription leaflet only fits SABER ADVANCED, WX ROGUE COMM, WX ROGUE, WX VAPOR 2.2, NERVE and SPEAR.

However, for SPEAR you will also need a prescription post (SP29PST) for the prescription insert as it cannot be assembled without one.

For NERVE, you will also need a prescription post (R-8051PST) for the prescription insert as it cannot be assembled without one.
