The T1 Tegris Belt Assembly is a lightweight and discreet system designed for comfort and stability. We've combined laser-cut precision and design with the durability of Tegris to create a market-leading system.

The T1 Tegris Belt Assembly consists of two parts: Component 1 offers two inner belt heights: 38 mm and 48 mm, depending on the operator's preference. The inner belt integrates a solid Tegris composite core, with Velcro sewn along the exterior. The inner belt threads through the operator's trouser belt loops and secures in the front.

Component 2 is the main outer belt, which supports the load and is composed of a single layer of laser-cut thermoplastic Tegris composite structure. Additionally, a 1-inch tubular webbing is sewn along the entire length of the belt, providing overall strength. A continuous webbing connects both ends of the Cobra D-ring buckle to the outer belt, which is used for sizing adjustment.

Combining Tegris composites and tubular webbing, a laser-cut laminated outer layer with a series of wide segments allows for the attachment of a wide variety of mission-specific pouches. The outer waistband is lined with Velcro for easy quick attachment to the inner waistband. The main waistband is secured by inserting a Tegris composite into a channel behind the buckle. This rigid stability system maintains slack and movement toward the front of the Cobra buckle, allowing for stable placement of concealed holsters and first-aid kits. The combination of both belts results in a state-of-the-art system: durable, flexible, and versatile.

The T1 Tegris combination belt is fully adjustable and available in two sizes: medium (84-96 cm) with a waistband and 18 MOLLE loops.
