The JACK™ was designed to meet the demand for an affordable, high-performance HPA (High Pressure Air) conversion for AEGs. The system is a direct cylinder replacement, universally compatible with a wide range of gearbox versions with centerline nozzles.

Like its similar products, the JACK™ replaces the original gearbox components with a programmable pneumatic system, allowing for higher performance and greater reliability than a gear-driven system. Despite its affordable price, the JACK™ retains the same performance and quality you've come to expect from PolarStar products.

The JACK™ has only one moving part, the nozzle, which acts as its own poppet valve. Like the Fusion Engine™ and F2™, the nozzle is actuated solely by the solenoid to open the airflow through the poppet, without the firing air coming from the solenoid itself. This design allows the JACK™ to send greater airflow through the barrel than systems that only use a solenoid as a firing valve.

Velocity: 500 fps with 0.20 g at 130 psi

The JACK™ allows easy velocity adjustment by changing the inlet pressure and does not require different nozzles to reach its full range. For example, with a standard M4, the velocity can be adjusted from less than 280 fps to approximately 500 fps with 0.20 g ammunition. Velocity may vary depending on the model: longer barrels increase maximum velocity, while shorter ones reduce it.

ROF: 30 rps

The JACK™'s maximum rate of fire is affected by several factors, including operating pressure, magazine quality, and ammunition used. However, 30 rounds per second can be achieved in most standard configurations.

Air Efficiency: Over 1,000 rounds from 13/3000 at 1.5 J with 0.28 g

Although not a critical requirement during development, JACK™ boasts very respectable numbers in this category. This is possible thanks to its intelligent design that minimizes dead volume, resulting in better airflow, faster response, and lower air consumption per shot.
