The Warriors IFAK bag is designed to hold the operator's personal medical kit, Combat Gauze, CAT and Trauma Bandage. The medical scissors can be stored safely in the back of the bag to allow quick and easy access. Internally we have introduced a fabric strap that runs under the first aid kit and, when pulled, smoothly lifts the contents of the bag with one hand.
Both sides of the bag have additional external straps for attaching additional CAT or smaller bags etc. The lid of the bag has a velcro square to attach the first aid patch, etc. Warriors IFAK takes up only 2 rows of MOLLE webbing so it can be mounted on any armor carrier, chest rig or fits perfectly on the back of the Warriors PLB belt, Gunfighter belt or Frag belt.
